I'm gonna be SO busy next week that there's no point in even telling you the hours. Wal-Mart gets what Wendy's hasn't already called dibs on, then Necessity (parent company of sleep, hunger, getting places, and other popular diversions) gets what's left over. I have Monday off. That's your best chance to catch me, if I do need to do laundry and talk with the SSA some more. There might be a few slivers of time on Friday...maybe. After a week from tommorrow, I'll be done Wendy's, then things should settle into their new shape for Fall. Work is great, though. I'm doing fine. It's just tricky keeping up, is all. That's my focal point right now. Wake up, get moving, keep moving. Having a focal point can be strangely relaxing. Be well, everyone. I'll write more once the smoke clears.

Sounds like you're doing well.

Wake up, breathe, keep breathing. Nichole Blackman was right - I have whole weeks like that. Relaxation and focal point very good.

Sounds of doing well.

This would be the point where I stop in stunned bemusement and wonder where the hell you ever found Golden Palominos' best album ever, Dead Inside from back in 1996. The only reason I have it is because I mortgaged a kitten for $75 in some years ago - and never got the kitten back. Needless to say, if you're into that, I'll have to pull together some of the work she did with Recoil on the album Liquid, KMFDM's album XTORT, and her solo stuff.

Mind, some will say the best GP album is Pure - but hey, I'm entitled to like my moments of total absorbtion.

In fact, this could become a project with Suzanne Vega covers of Leonard Cohen, Sarah McLaughlan singing the agressive sinister version of Possession, and ... yeah, I'll just bring you all my brooding musing when next I see you. Remind me. In the meantime...

"All we want is a headrush. All we want is to get out of our skins for a while."

Angry, angry, angry. I think I'm in love.

*chuckle* Unless there's been some sort of misunderstanding...Sherri has a copy of that CD...it may or may not be the copy Jesse used to play back in college. I'm not sure. I tend to forget to buy music and then listen to whatever's handy (radio, other people's music collections) despite the occassional craving for particular songs. Attempts to control my inner jukebox in order to get decent songs running through my head have been mixed.
