I chuckle at the 'Autism Genocide Clock' reference...but I know I won't be laughing when Social Services takes my children away because I insisted on letting them be born genetically impure and because I refuse to exercise proper parenting like strapping electrical shock collars to them to force them to act normal or else *ZZZT!* *aaiiigh!* "No hand-wringing, Lily! You know the Gestapo--um, the State will take you away if you can't socialize properly."

I just realized that I was unclear up there... "various emotions largely expressed with twitching and pacing" does *not* neccessarily mean negative emotions. I've discovered in the last few years that I also twitch and pace when I'm happy. That's your autism fact for the day. (Gee, no wonder no one understands me half the time if my emotional body language is all "yep, he's having an emotion...or he forgot something in the other room...nope, empty-handed. It's an emotion.")
