Addenda: further reading

I forgot to explain, below, that Michael Chabon is a novelist, author of _Wonderboys_ (that became that Tobey Maguire and Michael Douglas film a few years back) and _The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay_, which was listed as Catherine's 'Last Great Book I Read' in her profile. It's a well-written 600-page contemporary historical novel about people who write and draw comicbooks when they're not busy falling in love with Rosa Saks or experiencing guilt and angst.
